Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our fulfillment team begins processing orders shortly after they are placed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Missing Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.
SPARC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If an error was made by our team, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
SPARC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
