At Sparc, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@sparcshop.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or returned outside of the 14-day return window may not be eligible for a refund.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
