At SPARC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.
Before returning an item, you must contact us to receive return authorization and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped within 14 days of receiving our return instructions. Returns shipped after this timeframe may no longer be eligible for a refund.
Please note that return addresses may vary depending on the product purchased. Our customer support team will provide the correct return address after your return request has been approved.
Unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, the replacement item is considered a final resolution for that order and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
